What this site is

goaelion.com is operated by Aelion LLC, a California limited liability company and air charter broker under 14 CFR Part 295 (see our broker disclosures). The site publishes charter market intelligence: empty-leg flights observed on public sources, route pricing patterns, cost estimates, and educational content. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Market data — what it is and isn't

Empty-leg listings and route statistics are observations of a fast-moving market, collected from public sources and refreshed through the day. They are provided for information: a listed flight can sell, move, or change price at any time, and a listing on this site is not an offer by Aelion to sell air transportation, nor a guarantee of availability or price. Where a listing links to a third-party source, that site is not ours and its terms are its own.

Estimates are not quotes

The cost estimator produces modeled ranges from a transparent methodology — not quotes, not offers, and not a substitute for one. Real charter pricing depends on aircraft availability, positioning, and timing; a real quote can land outside any modeled range.

Booking is governed by separate terms

Browsing this site never creates a charter relationship. If and when you book a flight arranged by Aelion, that transaction is governed by a written agreement or booking terms presented to you before you pay — including the operating carrier's identity, the total all-in price, and the cancellation and refund terms for that trip. Our standing posture: prompt, full refunds when a flight cannot be performed, and no fees added at checkout, ever.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, no misrepresenting your identity to it, and no bulk scraping, harvesting, or wholesale republication of the site's data or content. (Fair quotation with attribution is welcome.) The site's design, text, and compiled data presentations are Aelion's; trademarks and photos belong to their owners and are credited where they appear.

No warranty; limitation

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aelion disclaims warranties about the site's availability and the completeness or timeliness of market data, and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on informational content, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the terms of any booking agreement you enter with us.

Privacy, changes, contact
