The short version: we collect your email if you give it to us, we use basic analytics to see how the site is used, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete everything with one email.
What we collect
- What you give us:your email address when you join the alert list, and any optional preferences you add (departure airport, routes, date flexibility). That's it — no account, no password, no payment details anywhere on this site today.
- What we observe: standard analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from your IP, device type. We use PostHog for this, and it may set cookies or similar identifiers.
What we use it for
Emails: sending you the deal alerts and launch updates you signed up for — nothing else. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing works. Analytics: understanding which routes and features people care about so we build the right thing.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers for their own use, and we do not send you anything unrelated to what you signed up for.
Who touches the data
Service providers that operate the site on our behalf: Formspree (form submissions), PostHog (analytics), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Our advertising (e.g., Meta) may measure that a signup happened via its pixel on our marketing pages, per that platform's own policies.
Your choices
Email info@goaelion.comto ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — we'll do it promptly, no hoops. California residents: this is also how you exercise your CCPA rights, and we honor them without discrimination.
Retention and children
We keep alert-list emails until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and analytics on the provider's standard retention. This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
